You get necessary vitamins from them to stay strong and healthy. Try to eat less of foods that are high in fat and cholesterol. Lastly, get enough sleep. A lack of sleep will affect your brain functions, and it can lead to stress. Too much stress is harmful to your health. When following these simple tips, people will be stronger, happier, and more active every day.
