As a result, they may feel tired and find it difficult to concentrate at school the next day. To use technology in a healthier way, teenagers should set clear limits on their screen time. For instance, they can take short breaks every hour to rest their eyes, strictly avoid using phones before bedtime, and spend more time on outdoor activities like playing sports or walking in the park.
