Người mẹ giải thích rằng bà chỉ muốn bảo đảm an toàn cho con gái trước những nguy hiểm giao thông về đêm và khuyên Mai nên học cách chia sẻ kế hoạch cụ thể trước khi xin phép.

In my opinion, while family rules are established to protect teenagers, parents should grant their children reasonable flexibility. First of all, overly strict curfews and restrictions can make adolescents feel that their parents do not trust them, which may provoke unnecessary rebellion. When teenagers are allowed to negotiate their curfew on special occasions, they feel respected and understood. Moreover, having a certain degree of freedom enables adolescents to practice self-discipline and make responsible decisions on their own. Instead of imposing rigid demands, parents should maintain open dialogues and set clear boundaries collaboratively. In conclusion, mutual trust and flexible rules are the golden bridge to overcoming the generation gap and maintaining family harmony.
